Getting started

Create an account, confirm your email with the code we send, and set up your business. Add one product and record your next real sale. You can count your stock later: a sale never needs a count first.

Invited by your shop

Open the link in your invitation. It takes you straight to the business that invited you.

Signing in

Use Forgot password? to get a code by email and choose a new password. Still stuck? Sign in has a link, Trouble signing in? Tell us, that reaches us without an account.

Adding the app to your phone

Retail Data Co-Op runs in your browser, so there is nothing to download. Adding it to your home screen from the browser’s menu puts it one tap away.

Your records

Owners and admins can download the sales, or every record, from Business at any time, also after closing the business. How your data is used explains the rest.

Something wrong, or missing?

In the app, open Business, then Help & feedback. You can tell us what happened from the screen you are on, and follow the answer under Your reports.
