Terms of taking part

What every business sees and accepts when it is set up.

What you get

• Tools to run your business: sales, stock, what is selling, and profit.
• Your records to keep: download them at any time, also after closing.
• Earned Points recognising your qualifying contribution. They are intended to help decide your share when Retail Data Co-Op runs a reward programme; none is funded yet. Earned Points do not have a fixed cash value.

What you agree to

• Retail Data Co-Op is a participant-powered data network. Qualifying data from your business contributes to aggregated, anonymised market intelligence.
• Approved commercial use of that aggregated, anonymised intelligence is part of how Retail Data Co-Op works. Raw store-level transaction data is not sold.
• Closing your business account is how you stop participating. Deleting eligible business data is a separate request.
